1) Have you ever had an experience that you were so happy about something that happened to you that you couldn’t help but tell others about it? What was it? (For example, having a wonderful vacation.)
2) Even before Pentecost, people who had encountered the risen Jesus talked about it. Let’s think about why they did so. How do you think they expected others to respond when they heard about it?
3) What can we do to become “channels” through which the Holy Spirit works for this city and the kingdom of God is expanded? What will you do? 4
) Jesus is now at the right hand of God as our high priest (Romans 8:31–39). What does that mean to you? How does that encourage you?
