１．エジプトでの400年間の奴隷生活で、イスラエル人は、奴隷としての生活パターンを身に着けただけでなく、奴隷としてのメンタリティが骨の髄まで染み込みました。奴隷としてのメンタリティとはどのようなものと説明されていましたか？現代社会の中や人々の心の中に、どのような例を見出すことができますか？安息日を実践することは、このメンタリティーに対してどのように作用しますか？
２．あなたが神の子としてのアイデンティティを育むこと、また、神の子として生きることを妨げているものは何だと思いますか？それは、どのようにしてあなたの意識の中に形成されたでしょうか？安息日を実践することは、神の子としてのアイデンティティを育むこと、また、神の子として生きることをに、どのような助けとなりますか？
３．安息日をどのように実践するかについて、いくつかのアイデアが紹介されました。
（１）今週、いつ、どのように安息日を過ごしますか？
（２）安息日を過ごした後、その日を振り返って、感じたこと、考えたことなど、書き留めましょう。
（３）次の安息日を計画しましょう。

Personal Reflection Points
1. During the 400 years of slavery in Egypt, the Israelites not only learned patterns of living as slaves, but a slave mentality became deeply ingrained in them. How was this slave mentality described? What examples can you find in modern society or in people’s hearts today? How does practicing the Sabbath work against this mentality?
2. What do you think hinders you from developing your identity as a child of God and living as his child? How did these obstacles form in your awareness? How does practicing the Sabbath help you grow in your identity as a child of God and live it out?
3. Several ideas were introduced about how to practice the Sabbath.
(1) When and how will you observe the Sabbath this week?
(2) After observing the Sabbath, reflect on that day and write down what you felt and thought.
​(3) Plan your next Sabbath.
